Permanent exhibition halls featuring materials on the Armenian Genocide will be established in a number of countries, Armenpress reports.

“With the support of our Jewish partners, a permanent exhibition will be organized at the Riga Ghetto in Latvia,” Director of Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute Hayk Demoyan told reporters Friday, December 25. “Our colleagues were eager to present the subject of the Armenian Genocide in Riga, with the exhibition set to open in late January or early February.”

According to Demoyan, at least three more exhibitions are to be organized in Moscow, one of which will be hosted in the territory of a newly built church complex.

“Besides, we have signed a memorandum with the Armenian Genocide Memorial Foundation of Argentina, pledging to organize an exhibition on a free basis,” Demoyan said, also mentioning about possible initiatives in Paris and Los Angeles.
